My name is Philip C. Tricolla. I have been in law enforcement for over thirty years with seven of those years assigned to one of the NYPD's Homicide Squads. My duties included the investigation of homicides, police involved incidents and media sensitive cases in cooperation with municipal, state and federal law enforcement, and authorities in adjoining states as well as international agencies. This included giving sworn testimony at criminal trials and hearings. Over the years I have developed techniques and work ethics that enabled me to track fugitives, locate and interview witnesses, recover and secure evidence and solve crimes at a very successful rate. Bank and Investment Account Searches identify financial institutions only. Account numbers, balances, and investment holdings will not be provided.

Q Are the bank and brokerage accounts legal?
A. We use numerous methods of legal asset locating.
Q. Do I need a final civil judgement to search for bank or brokerage accounts?
A. No. A judgement is not needed.
Q. Will my subject ever find out if their bank accounts were looked at?
A. I go through numerous extra steps to assure that the target of our bank searches will never find out if their account balances were looked at. Even if the target has identity theft protection.
Q. Can you find safe deposit boxes?
A. While conducting bank searches SOME banks will provide that information. It is on a bank to bank basis.
Q. Are your bank results guaranteed?
A. Yes. The bank search results are guaranteed to have had the balances we reported on the date that search was returned to you.
Q. Can you determine last deposits?
A. Most banks can ascertain the last deposit and amount, but not all.
Q. Do you give discounts for multiple searches?
A. Yes. Call me and I can discuss a fair price.
Q. What is a Skip Trace?
A. Skip trace is a word used to describe finding someone. I will provide you with a current address and possibly a phone number, email address, social network information. The Skip Trace report also returns relatives and their contact information as well as basic asset information on the target. If the subject has currently moved the information may be old. The information usually takes a few weeks to catch up. Remember you may not be the only person looking for this person.
Q. Can you perform a credit check?
A. I can perform a credit check but you would have to provide me with a credit release from the subject.
A Blind credit reports can be conducted, call me for further questions.
Q. Can you preform a nationwide criminal check?
A. Anyone who tells you that they can perform a national criminal history check is misleading you. Some states offer criminal history as part of public information for free. Florida, Colorado, Arizona, and about 20 other states offer this information as public record. The rest of the states do not provide this service for free. States like New York charge for a criminal history search. All states that provide this information for free will be included in the skip trace report.
